Product description

This fork is based on originals that can be seen on fifteenth-century paintings and in manuscripts. During the Middle Ages the fork was used to serve food. From around the fifteenth century onwards people started using it to eat with, instead of the eating pick.

This fork is hand-forged from iron. It has a twisted pattern on the top and a curled end. An asset to re-enactors of the Middle Ages and Renaissance.
