A beautiful Renaissance dagger with scabbard by Windlass Steelcrafts, based on historical daggers from the late 15th century. The Medici family was one of the most powerful families in Italy in the Italian Renaissance. These bankers had a strong presence in the politics of the city states. Rich Italians wore a dagger on their belt, this was to show wealth but also for safety. Sometimes a dagger was hidden in the clothing. The grip of this dagger and the scabbard are beautifully decorated with Renaissance art motifs. The slim blade is perfect for close combat and piercing sensitive parts of the armor. The blade is made of tempered 1055 carbon steel with a hardness of 48-52 HRC. The pommel gives this dagger an excellent balance. Perfect for a Renaissance or Medici costume, Medici or Borgia Cosplay and for reenactment. When blunted, the dagger is suitable for Historical European Martial Arts.

Prevent rust and corrosion by oiling your weapons regularly. Remove rust easily with black sandpaper. Remove burrs with a whetstone. Make sure you have removed all burrs before using a battle-ready weapon, as they can cause wounds.

2. Plastic cushions, clothing bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse your plastic. If possible, pierce the cushions with a volume reduction needle.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
