Product description

This LARP shield is based on the historical wooden round shields used by early medieval people like the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons. This shield is painted very realistic so that it looks just like the real thing, but naturally it is much lighter in weight than a wooden shield. The surface appears to be made of horizontal wooden planks, of which half is painted red. The shield boss also seems to be made of steel. This shield is painted with attention to details, giving it a worn and used appearance, which befits the shield of a warrior. The back has a handle wrapped in brown suede, so you can comfortably hold the shield.
