These greaves are based on historical originals and protect the shins against blows of weapons and other objects. The greaves have a rounded bottom and are decorated with steel rivets. They are comfortable to wear and you can fasten them behind the knee and the ankles with leather straps, you can also adjust them to size. They leave enough room to combine them with all sorts of poleyns. The perfect accessory for historical LARP and medieval costumes! This armor is 1 mm thick and suitable for LARP battles, costumes and Cosplay.

Maintenance & care
Prevent rust and corrosion by oiling your armour regularly. Remove rust easily with black sandpaper.
Does this leg armour fit?
When you don't wear extra padding: Measure the width of your leg.
When you wear padding: Add 2,5 cm to your leg width.
When you wear chainmail chausses: Add 0,5 cm to your leg width.
Tip: Is this armour too big for you? You can easily add extra padding.
How do I easily measure the width of my arm/leg?
Place your arm/leg between two straight objects (e.g. books). Measure the distance between both objects, this equals the width of your arm or leg.
Attaching armour & chainmail
To attach your armour or chainmail securely, you can attach leather laces to your gambeson and fasten these to your armour / chainmail. The armour thus remains in position during a fight.
Packaged with 100% recycled material
When packaging this item, we exclusively use 100% recycled plastic and recycled paper/cardboard from FSC certified forests. We reuse a large part of the material directly without the intervention of a recycling process.
Recycle the material by separating your waste:
1. Cardboard: separate or reuse your paper.
2. Plastic cushions, clothing bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse your plastic. If possible, pierce the cushions with a volume reduction needle.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
