Product description

This helmet is based on an image of the Knights Templar. The Poor Knights of Christ were founded to protect pilgrims on their way to the Holy Land. The Templars developed themselves into one of the best fighting machines of the Middle Ages. Their motto was: non nobis domine non nobis sed nomini tuo da gloriam (not to us lord, but to you belongs the glory). This helmet is approximately 36 cm high. The eye slits are approximately 6 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. This helmet has an inner diameter of 68cm (excluding leather lining) and will fit most head circumferences from approximately 58cm to 61cm. This helmet is equipped with an inlay and chin strap. If you want to wear extra padding, measure your head circumference while wearing it. The padded liner already attached to the inside of the helmet is usually sufficient. The hem insert can be removed to create more space in the helmet.
