It can sometimes be challenging to come up with creative alternatives for styling garments, especially when they are associated with a specific historical period or population group, such as the Middle Ages or the Vikings. In this blog, we're going to present three unique looks, all based on the same Viking dress, namely the Valdis dress in blue.
Look 1 - Dark elf
The first look we're going to create with the Valdis dress is a Dark Elf look. Dark elves are often associated with the night and forests where daylight cannot reach. Colors like blue and black are therefore suitable for use in a Dark Elf look.
We'll use the blue Valdis dress as the base for this outfit. It's a very simple dress, which means you can explore various directions, including the Dark Elf aesthetic, through layering and accessories.

Look 2 - Moon elf
The second look we've created with the blue Valdis dress follows the same theme as the first look but will have a very different vibe. The second look is a moon elf look. Both the dark elf and the moon elf are associated with the night and darkness, but while the dark elf is a rugged warrior, the moon elf is elegant and regal.
So, once again, the basis for this look is the Valdis dress in blue. This midnight blue color serves as a beautiful canvas for a look inspired by the nighttime sky.

The final ensemble we've put together with the blue Valdis dress is another fantasy outfit, embodying a fun and playful witch look.
