The working title of this photoshoot was Celtic queens. Our characters are inspired by Celtic mythology and the stories of strong women like queen Boudicca of the Iceni and queen Medb of the Connacht. So we created a fantasy character with a layer of history. We hope this composition inspires you to create your own epic character!
Dress
Besides red, blue was also only for the elite, because cloth was hard to paint in blue. This dress is nice and wide, so perfect to run around and fight in. It comes with a cloth belt, which we replaced with an embroidered one for the shoot.

Belt
The Viking belt Elina is a beautiful embroidered belt, fitting with many outfits. It makes a simple dress pop just a little more, or completes a broader composition.

Leather bracelets
The leather bracelets are decorated with an old Celtic symbol, the triskelion.

Sword
Because bronze was difficult to work with, only the elite had a sword.

Headband
This headband we created ourselves, by stringing two sets of buttons with a motif and a Celtic pendant on to a leather string. You can make endless combinations with this and make your own, unique jewlery.
